Bolly Active is a dance fitness workout that involves dance cardio, toning, resistance training and yoga to Bollywood hits. It’s great fun, easy to follow and suits all fitness levels. Dance fitness will help you to lose weight, tone up and improve your fitness. The classes are fun, friendly and available for beginners. Join them on Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm.
