Boomerang Bags Rainbow Beach

Boomerang Bags is a community craft group aimed at making bags. It helps to divert waste, starts conversations, and is a lot of fun. You can donate material such as leftover quilting fabric, doonas, or pillowcases. You can make these into beautiful, unique reusable bags for all to enjoy, saving the planet one bag at a time. If you have a few spare hours up your sleeve, get in touch with the local co-ordinator to be part of the movement. They welcome absolute beginners to experienced sewing hands, and they offer free bag making workshops for adults and children.
