Boost Your Fitness is a gentle group exercise class designed to help you stay active, strong and confident as you age. The class is run by a qualified exercise physiologist or physiotherapist, so you can feel safe knowing the exercises are guided by a health professional.
Each session includes simple, tailored exercises that support strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. These are important for staying independent, reducing the risk of falls, and keeping your body moving comfortably in everyday life. You will also receive helpful weekly health tips to support your overall wellbeing.
This class is a great way to improve your physical health while enjoying the social benefits of exercising with others. Moving together can lift your mood, increase motivation, and help you feel more connected.
Please bring a towel and water bottle, wear enclosed shoes, and come ready to move at your own pace. Suitable for people aged 50 years and over. Bookings are essential. Cost is $5 per session.
