Brain Training – Keep Your Mind Active and Connected
Brain Training is a fun and friendly group activity run by Camden Libraries. It uses puzzles, games and trivia to help keep your brain active and sharp. The sessions are relaxed and welcoming, and no experience is needed. You can join in at your own pace and enjoy giving your memory a gentle workout.
This activity supports healthy ageing by helping to improve memory, attention and problem‑solving skills. Keeping your brain active can support confidence and independence as you get older. Brain Training is also a great way to connect with others in your local community. Sharing a laugh, chatting, and working together on puzzles can boost your mood and reduce feelings of loneliness.
Sessions are held monthly at Narellan Library and run for about 90 minutes. They are designed especially for adults and are easy to follow. If you enjoy learning new things, meeting people, and keeping your mind engaged, Brain Training is a great activity to add to your week.
