Join this weekly group fitness class for a low-impact exercise session. You can just use your body weight or push yourself a bit harder with equipment such as kettle bells, dumbbells, and resistance bands. It's great for older people as there's no running or jumping. It's ideal if you're new or returning to exercise after a long break. The class is a good way to improve your strength and overall fitness.  You just need to wear enclosed shoes, a hat, and suitable clothing. Bring along your own towel and water bottle.
