Get fit, improve your balance and build your strength with an Active Seniors program. Active Seniors is perfect for the over 60s. It's a range of free weekly physical activity classes. These include a Strength and Fitness class. This class is a combination of strengthening, stretching and balance exercises. The class is supervised by a qualified personal trainer. You can take the classes at your own pace and you just need to bring along a towel and water bottle.
