The Burpengary Regional Aquatic Centre has great facilities and programs to help you live a healthier lifestyle. The centre has two heated pools, one 50m and one 25m. These are ideal for lap swimming at your own pace. Or you can try low impact deep water walking or running and group exercises like aqua aerobics. They also have tennis courts if you want to try a game of social tennis. There is a range of fitness programs including yoga and Pilates to increase your strength and flexibility. The shaded outdoor leisure area with a gazebo, café and barbeque area is perfect for a social get together after your swim.
