Keep fit, connect to the Chinese culture, and have some fun with Chinese Line Dancing classes. Chinese Line Dance is very popular in China, especially for older people. The rhythm of the background music is usually very clear and easy to follow. Dance moves are generally repeatable and easy to learn. It is a very good activity for beginners, and you can enjoy all kinds of Chinese music including modern tunes.
