Try Gentle Chair Yoga or General Yoga classes for an activity that’s ideal for beginners and for older people. Yoga is a great, low-impact exercise and you can take it at your own pace. It helps to improve your flexibility, strength, movement, and balance. Join the class on Mondays at 2pm and Tuesdays at 9.30am. There is also a range of other regular activities to keep you fit and social. You can try indoor bowls, tai chi, and fitness classes. Or have some fun and socialise playing hoy, crafting together, or at singalongs and movies. Contact the association to find out more.
