Join a Pilates lite class for a gentle, powerful exercise. It helps to improve your flexibility and core strength. It's ideal for beginners, suits all fitness levels, and no experience is needed. Or you can try PrYme Movers. This is perfect for the over 50's, with specialised classes and group activities run by qualified instructors. There is a lower-intensity series to help you maintain your strength, stability, and balance. Resistance/exercise bands are needed but you will receive a free band from Healthy Sunshine Coast at your first class. You'll also just need a yoga mat, towel, and your own water bottle.
