CCQG is a local quilting group that meets regularly to quilt and sew together. There are monthly meetings, regular Sit'n'Sew Days, a monthly Community Quilt Day, and various workshops. You can work on your projects in a group, chat, share ideas and tips, and learn new things. It's a great way to get out of the house, keep yourself active, and meet like-minded people in the area. Join the group every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 10am to 3pm for the regular sit and sew session. Bring your own lunch but morning and afternoon tea is supplied. As dates and times can change, check with the group via Facebook before attending. They post meetings, events, and ideas on the Facebook page provided.
