Try one of these dance classes to learn how to dance and get fit. Dancing is an ideal activity for older people as it's low-impact and helps to keep you mobile and active. You don't need to have previous experience and you don't need a partner to join in. The classes are suited to all, including same-sex couples and you'll be guided by highly trained and experienced staff. You can learn ballroom or Latin dancing in a safe and friendly space and if you haven't danced much before, there are Have a Go classes to start with and Beginners classes.
