Casula Parklands Parkrun

Casula Parklands Parkrun
Casula Parklands parkrun is a free, friendly 5‑kilometre walk, jog or run held every Saturday morning at 8:00am in the beautiful Casula Parklands. You can go at your own pace—many people choose to walk—and there is no pressure to be fast. You can also volunteer or come along to watch and enjoy the atmosphere.
This activity is great for healthy ageing. Regular walking or gentle jogging helps keep your heart strong, improves balance, and supports joint movement. Being outdoors in a green park can lift your mood and reduce stress. parkrun is also very social. You will meet people from different ages and backgrounds, have a chat along the way, and often enjoy a coffee together after the event. This helps reduce loneliness and keeps your mind active through conversation and connection.
You only need to register once, and it is completely free. Whether you are returning to exercise or just want a reason to get out of the house each week, Casula Parklands parkrun is a welcoming and supportive way to stay active, connected and feeling good.
