Cat Protection Society of Victoria

Cat Protection Society of Victoria
If you love cats and have some spare time, volunteer to help at the Cat Protection Society. It’s a wonderful way to help homeless animals and work with a team of passionate people.
There is always so much to do so you will keep busy, and you’ll stay active. Volunteers care for cats by helping staff to keep the animal enclosures clean, the cats fed and watered and, most importantly, provide the cats with enrichment and socialisation.
You can help with the laundry washing, drying, and folding clean towels and blankets. Or you can work in reception, admin, marketing, events, gardening, and maintenance.
You just need to commit to at least one three-hour shift per week/fortnight for at least six months.
It's a great way to give back to your community and meet like-minded people.
