University of the Third Age (U3A) is a worldwide voluntary organisation. It promotes learning for personal enjoyment and satisfaction to retired people.
U3A caters for older people by offering many classes each week. You can get involved in a wide range of social activities on offer. These include activities like book club, crafts, exercise, speakers, lunch, movies, and walks.
It's a great way to keep mentally and socially active and learn new things.
