Chair Yoga is a class for anyone recovering from injury or new to yoga. It’s also ideal if you find balance and stability challenging without support.
In this gentle class, you will perform various seated and standing postures, using a chair for support. This helps to build your strength and stability and increases your range of movement.
Along with gentle movements and mindful breathing, it brings a sense of inner calm and peace to your body and mind.
