Enjoy swimming laps at your own pace or have fun and get a great workout in aqua classes. You can use the outdoor pool or one of the heated indoor pools. Both swimming and aqua aerobics are great activities for older people as they are low-impact and good for your heart health. You can also join one of the many land-based group fitness classes. There are classes that are ideal for older people such as Young at Heart, Staying Active, yoga and Pilates. Contact the centre for timetables and costs.
