Chinese Line Dance is very popular in China, especially for older people. The rhythm of the background music is usually very clear and easy to follow. Dance moves are generally repeatable and easy to learn.
It is a very good activity for beginners, with all kinds of Chinese music including modern tunes.
You can join the classes twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The average attendance of each class is 35 and you can enjoy socialising after the class.
The group also offers a monthly walking group to keep active and have a chat while you walk.
