Join Fitness Friday tai chi to practise healthy living by doing exercises and having a healthy lunch. All newcomers are welcome.

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is practised as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner with stretching and deep breathing. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

Or try Line Dancing (Chinese Square Dance) to keep fit and meet other Chinese people in the area.

Chinese music with instruction is included and you don't need a partner.

Everyone is welcome to just go along and enjoy the fun. Join this friendly group every Monday from 10am to 12pm.
