Chipping Norton parkrun

Chipping Norton parkrun
Chipping Norton parkrun is a free, friendly 5‑kilometre community walk, jog or run held every Saturday morning at Black Muscat Park in Chipping Norton, NSW. You can go at your own pace – many people choose to walk, and there is no time limit. Volunteers support everyone, so no one is left behind.
This activity is a great way to support healthy ageing. Regular walking or gentle jogging helps keep your heart strong, improves balance, and supports joint movement. Being outdoors in a green park can lift your mood and reduce stress, which is important for mental and emotional wellbeing.
Chipping Norton parkrun is also very social. You’ll meet local people of all ages, and many stay afterwards for a coffee and a chat. This helps reduce loneliness and keeps you connected to your community. You can also choose to volunteer if you prefer not to walk or run, which keeps your mind active and gives a strong sense of purpose.
