Join older locals at CIT Fit and Well and get active with a range of group exercise classes.

Try Heart Health, a gentle physical activity class that's ideal if you haven't exercised for a while. It helps to increase your heart fitness and to breathe easier.

Osteocise is a safe, effective exercise program if you need to increase your bone and muscle strength. It's ideal for the over 50s.

Functional Mobility focuses on your flexibility, agility, balance, joint mobility, and core strength. CIT Fit and Well Fitness Centre staff can develop a fitness program to suit your individual needs.

There are up to eighteen group exercises classes running each week and 13 of these classes are for older people.
