Healthy Hobart is a free program of sport and other exercise activities for the community.

There are free sessions running every week from October to March. You can register for your chosen activity at the Healthy Tasmania website.

These popular programs are suitable for all ages and abilities. You can enjoy yoga, tai chi, croquet, sailing, and kite flying.

It's a great way to stay active and socialise.
