City of Ipswich Active Seniors Program
Get fit, improve your balance, and build your strength with the Active Seniors program.
Active Seniors offers people over 60 free weekly physical activity classes. You can enjoy getting active with like-minded people in your area and a coffee together after your class.
Classes include Yoga, Aqua Fitness, Tai Chi and Qigong, and Strength and Fitness. The classes are low-impact and are instructed by a qualified Personal Trainer or fitness professional.
Active Seniors activities are free and are held in various parks and aquatic centres around Ipswich. These include Rosewood, Springfield, Booval, Muirlea, Bundamba, and Rosewood.
