Active Seniors offers a range of fitness programs designed for people over 50 years.
There are group exercise classes such as Strength for Life, Yoga Gold and Stretch and Tone classes to keep you flexible and strong. You can also have some fun whilst keeping fit in social pickleball and social table tennis.
It’s a great way to keep active with other older people in the area.
You can join classes across four health centres in the area. These include Hartfield Park Recreation Centre, High Wycombe Community and Recreation Centre, Ray Owen Sports Centre, and Maida Vale Hall/Netball Centre.
