City of Melbourne Tourism Volunteers

Volunteers play a vital role in the City of Melbourne’s tourism services. If you have some spare time, enjoy dealing with people, and would like to get out and about, join their volunteer team.

You can work as a City Ambassador, in the Melbourne Visitor Booth in Bourke Street Mall. Or at the Melbourne Visitor Hub at Town Hall. You could also help in the Fitzroy Gardens Precinct (Fitzroy Gardens Visitor Centre and Cooks' Cottage).

It’s a wonderful way to meet people, learn new things, and stay active.
