Aqua is a 45-minute class held in the shallow indoor or outdoor pool. It's the perfect workout with 85% of your body weight supported by water. It is suitable for all levels of fitness, even if you have injuries or limitations.
45-minute Deep Aqua is a great heart workout using a buoyancy belt in the deep water outdoor pool. There is no impact on your joints, so it's suitable for all fitness levels.
Or with Aqua Pilates you can increase body awareness and core strength using the support and resistance of the water. This class is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels and is held in the heated indoor pool
