Join Club Sierra and enjoy using the gym, group fitness, swimming pool, spa, sauna, squash courts.
You can have a refreshment in the Club Room (free tea and coffee) after your workout. Swimming is a great activity for overall strength and fitness. Or you can take lane walking at your own pace to improve your core strength.
Join one of the senior fit classes for over 60’s. It's a safe, strength-training program and includes classes such as aqua, tai chi, and Zumba.
