Co-op Fitness Centre offers yoga-based classes, suitable for people aged 50 and over.

A Yoga Flow class moves through a series of stretches and poses. The class will help you to improve joint flexibility and reduce stress levels.

A Body Bliss/Zen class is a yoga class for beginners and intermediate students.

Yogalates is a blend of Pilates and yoga, combining a series of floor exercises to stretch, tone, and strengthen.

All classes run for 60 minutes during weekdays.
