The hub has a range of exercise classes for older people. You can take them at your own pace without causing injury.
The exercise classes focus on exercising and moving your body through stretching, resistance, and muscle activation. The instructor takes you through some exercises with music to get you moving. You will improve your strength and mobility.
It's a great way have fun, stay fit, get stronger, and exercise with other in your area.
