Community Based Support offers Gentle Movement and Chat groups. The groups operate in Blackmans Bay, Moonah, and New Norfolk.
The movement classes are run by trained professionals. They consist of low-impact and gentle movement. The classes are great for the over 65s.
They will help you to maintain and increase your mobility, and stay active. They are also ideal if you want to regain strength after an injury or operation.
