Community Connect Northern Beaches

If you have some spare time and want to give back to your community, contact Community Connect. They will find you many ways to volunteer in the Northern Beaches region.

You can volunteer for a Service Club, help older people or young people, at multicultural organisations, at arts groups, or as a musician. Types of roles you can do range from recreational and shopping assistants, food services, driving, gardening, or as handypersons.

You can help the community visitors scheme by calling in for a regular chat and a cuppa with older people who may be lonely.

Or you can teach English, help in admin, or with fundraising for charities.

It’s a wonderful way to stay active and involved, and you’ll meet many like-minded people.
