The YMCA offers two Seniors' Exercise programs from the Strathalbyn Library each week.
Strength and balance classes use some chair-based exercises. You will use hand weights to build your strength.
Balance and chair strength is aimed at frailer people. You will use chair-based exercises to build your strength. It also helps with your coordination and balance.
