Join the Cook Chill Chat eight-week community cooking program. Cook Chill Chat is offered throughout the Illawarra Shoalhaven region.

It’s ideal for older adults and First Nations People. It's also aimed at multicultural people in the region. It’s a way to socialise and it’s all about happiness and health. It brings people from all backgrounds together to cook, share a meal, and connect with local services.

Cook Chill Chat provides education about healthy cooking and healthy eating. Topics and activities include food safety, reading nutrition labels, healthy eating on a budget and food storage.

You can also join gentle exercise sessions, meditation, and visits to community gardens.
