Cooroy Library

Noosa Library Service often needs volunteers to help deliver a wide range of programs to the community. If you want to give back to your community and enjoy dealing with people, books, and reading, there is a range of ways for you to volunteer at your local library.

You can join the Friends of Noosa Library or Friends of Mill Place (Cooroy Library) to offer overall support.

You could also help by tutoring in adult literacy training and selecting books to be delivered to home library clients.

Or you can assist people with local studies, heritage, and ancestry research.

Volunteering is a great way to stay active, busy, and involved. You’ll learn and share skills and meet plenty of people to socialise with when you volunteer.

Fill out the online volunteer expression of interest form at the website provided or contact your local library to find out more.
