Cowra Social Club

Enjoy a variety of different activities at the Cowra Social Club and meet other older people in the area. It's a welcoming space for people over 65 to gather each week and enjoy a fun program of recreational activities. You can play classic board games or try some brain training games to keep your mind alert. There are regular craft and hobby activities such as stitching, flower pressing, painting, and more. Some activities involve singing, playing instruments, and moving to a rhythm. And you can keep strong and mobile with yoga or chair-based exercises. There are also plenty of ways to celebrate one another’s cultures and traditions. The club celebrates dates like Anzac Day, Christmas, Easter, and NAIDOC week. Social Clubs run throughout the week, from mid-morning until mid-afternoon.
