You can enjoy a whole range of social support activities such as shopping, walks, coffee catch ups, visiting the theatre or cinema, and help to access social groups and recreational activities. There’s a monthly calendar of group activities and outings that include transport to and from your home, a delicious light meal, activities, and information.

The Wellness Centre and programs provide activities to help you stay healthy, fit and active. You can try gentle tai chi. It’s a falls prevention program and a social class. Tai chi can improve your strength, balance, and mobility. Both seated and standing options are on offer.

Or you can join the Light and Low exercise class. It’s a low intensity class that includes walking, strength, balance, and stretching.

It’s a wonderful way to keep active and meet new friends from a range of different cultures.
