The Curves workouts for women are convenient and efficient. They combine strength training and cardio, plus stretching to strengthen your whole body in just 30 minutes. You can try the Curves Women’s Balance Class. It's a low-intensity women’s balance class to help improve your stability and create a strong core. You'll use traditional yoga movements and poses. It's low impact and designed to help you improve your stability, which helps prevent falls and injury. More importantly, it gives you the confidence to do the things you love. It's one of four specialty workout classes for women available at Curves. There are currently 11 Curves gyms in the ACT, so visit the website to find out more and locate a gym near you.
