Join the seniors' class for a fun, low-impact exercise program especially designed for older people. You will move to all your favourite songs from the 50's, 60's, 70's, and all the classics.
This one hour class includes stretching, flexibility, and balance. There are low-impact dance moves and strength training. The class is both seated and standing.
