Denman Memorial Pool

Denman Memorial pool is a traditional outdoor 50m pool in a garden setting with shade. It’s a heated pool where you can enjoy lap swimming at your own pace or some aqua exercises.

Lap swimming is a great activity for older people. It can improve your overall health, strength, and heart fitness. Join the Aqua classes in the heated pool for a fun, low-impact way to keep fit. Each session includes simple mobility and stretching exercises and all ages are welcome.

Aqua classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am to 11am.

For an after-swim snack there’s a kiosk on site. If you need it, disability access is available.
