Des Renford Leisure Centre - Stronger 4 Life

Stronger 4 Life is a strength building class for the over 50s. It's ideal if you have a basic level of fitness and want more of a challenge.

The class uses a combination of exercises and weights. Stronger 4 Life Mobility is a class which focuses more on your mobility. These classes are lower in intensity for those who may need a little extra guidance.

Another program offered at this centre is Coffee Club Swimming, and Socialising. This is a mature swim squad for people of all abilities. Your swim is followed by a chat over tea/coffee and biscuits.
