Join the fun at D’Nakka Fitness & Dance and get fit with like-minded women.
Learn Kuthu, Bollywood, bhangra, semi classical, plus squats and lunges. These Indian dance classes are for all ages and all levels of fitness.
The class is exclusively for ladies and you don't have to be coordinated or be a dancer. You will just have fun moving to the tracks. You’ll improve your stamina and meet new friends.
Walk-ins are welcome to join in or you can book a half term for $55.
