Get involved with the Dowerin Museum Committee. It's ideal if you’re interested in the rich history of the region or you are researching your family history.

Spend some time volunteering at the Dowerin District Museum. You can join this group of enthusiastic volunteers. You can help with the general upkeep and running of the museum, a house built in 1915 located at 16 Cottrell Street in Dowerin.

The museum consists of a saddler shop along with other artefacts from earlier times.

It’s a wonderful way to meet people in the area and get involved in the community.
