Go along to your local Senior Citizens Club for a relaxed club where you can enjoy the company of others. The club offers a wide range of activities.

There's indoor bowls and line dancing to help you keep physically active. You can play bingo to keep your mind alert and have some fun.

You can get creative with a variety of crafts. The club also runs social activities and trips and luncheons if you just want to socialise and meet people.
