Esperance Home Care is supported by over 140 volunteers. If you have some spare time and like socialising with older people, join this volunteer team.

You’ll be working with a dedicated group of community-minded citizens and supporting the community in many ways. You could help with the preparation and delivery of Meals on Wheels to people who are not able to shop or prepare for themselves. You can assist with client transport or help run group activities.

Or you could brighten someone’s day working for the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme. You’ll provide friendship and companionship to aged care residents and older people at their homes who may be at risk of loneliness or isolation.

You’ll enjoy a chat and a cuppa, a game, gardening, or a gentle walk together. It’s a wonderful way to stay active and busy, have a purpose, and make friends.
