Swimming is a low-impact exercise and it's easy on your joints. It's an ideal activity to improve your overall fitness and strength, and laps can be taken at your own pace.

There's a 25-metre heated pool and a heated indoor 12 metre program pool (hoist access is available) for aquatic exercises like water aerobics.
