Everybody Physio offers friendly, small‑group exercise classes designed to help you stay active, strong and confident as you age. Classes are led by qualified physiotherapists or exercise physiologists, so exercises are safe, well supervised and suited to your needs.
You can choose from a range of options, including Pilates, aqua aerobics in a warm indoor pool, strength and stability (falls prevention), and functional fitness. Exercises focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility and movement for everyday activities like walking, climbing stairs and getting up from a chair. Many classes are low impact and gentle on the joints, making them suitable if you have arthritis, pain, or are returning to exercise after injury.
These classes also support healthy ageing beyond physical health. Moving regularly can boost mood, improve confidence, and help you stay independent for longer. Exercising in a group is a great way to meet others, stay motivated and enjoy a social connection while looking after your body.
Classes run weekly and you do not need to be an existing patient to join.
