Exercise for Parkinson's at Logan

Exercise for Parkinson's at Logan
Exercise for Parkinson’s is a gentle, exercise physiologist‑led movement program designed to support people living with Parkinson’s Disease. The sessions focus on improving balance, hand–eye coordination, strength, and confidence in movement, which are all important for staying independent and active as you age.
Exercises are carefully planned and guided by a qualified professional who understands Parkinson’s and how the body changes over time. Movements can be adapted to suit different ability levels, making the program safe and supportive for participants aged 40 years and over.
Regular participation can help improve mobility, reduce the risk of falls, and support brain health through coordinated movement. Exercising in a group also provides social connection, which is important for emotional wellbeing and motivation.
