Join the group exercise classes for older people in Aireys Inlet on Wednesdays at 9am and 10am.
The sessions are focused on improving your core strength, coordination, and balance. There are resistance tasks, stretching and some aerobic warm-ups.
The classes are fun and social, and a great way to meet other older people in the area. You can continue the fun with a well-deserved coffee after the class.
Equipment is provided but if you have an exercise mat bring it along.
