Led by expert instructors from the Federation of Chinese Associations, Gentle Chinese Dance is designed to help invigorate your mind and body. It helps to build your fitness, balance, and mobility.
All ages are welcome and bookings not required. Join the dance group on Thursdays from 10am to 4pm.
