Get fit and healthy in this gentle movement session for the over 50s.

Your 45 minute class will include stretching and balance that works every muscle group. Chairs are used for stability if you need it and there’s no floor work.

The class ends with a relaxing stretch routine leaving you feeling energised after your class.

Join the class on Thursdays at 5.30pm or Saturdays at 10am.
